Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1 french stick
100g salted butter
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
100g salted butter

A simple classic.

Makes 20 slices
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to160C/Gas Mark 4.
- With a bread knife, cut diagonal slices into the baguette being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Spread a little of the butter mixture in-between the sliced sections of the baguette.
- Wrap the baguette in foil and place in the oven for 10-15 mins. Open the top of the foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking to get a crispy top.
