Panzanella
Ingredients

100g salted butter
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of chopped parsley

A recipe to use up stale bread.

Serves 2-4
Method
- To make the croutons, break up the bread and drizzle with a little olive oil and grind over some salt and pepper. Then either pan fry or bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Use whatever salad ingredients you have to hand. We’ve made some suggestions in our ingredient list. Just chop up and throw together in a salad bowl. Drizzle over a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, give a good mix then top with the croutons.
