In January 2019 Bread n Butter launched ‘Waste Warriors’, an innovative sustainability workshop aimed at primary school children. The 5 week programme funded by North London Waste Author- ity (NLWA) under the Community Fund project, has been teaching key stage 2 children in Barnet and Enfield schools about recycling, food waste and living more sustainably. Since the start of this year, the Community Interest Company have also been running a cooking club at a youth club in Grahame Park Estate in Colindale, teaching teenagers basic cooking skills.
