Every person should have the opportunity to be able to feed themselves healthy food and reach their potential in life. We provide specific SEN classes as well as inviting those with additional needs to our regular sessions. We’re very experienced in adapting our classes to best suit the requirements of individuals with additional needs and being able to accommodate the neuro-diverse.

West Lea School
We have worked with West Lea school since 2013. We have delivered cooking classes and both our Enterprise and H.E.L.P programmes. We’ve worked across all the year groups covering their range of capabilities, adapting the classes to meet the needs of the students.
In 2024 we launched the cooking classes at their new Horizon campus teaching 7 classes a week and helping 15 students gain their B-tech level 1 course. Continuing into 2025 we have 8 students working on their B-tech level 2 and new students starting level 1.
We also provide ongoing support for West Lea students through our work experience opportunities.

B.A.C.E – Barnet Council
Since the onset of the HAF programme we’ve delivered specific SEN sessions for families.

Community Focus
We’ve partnered with Community Focus to deliver healthy eating cooking classes for their adult cohort and, also their First Breaks cohort.

One-to-One Enfield
Members of One-to-One Enfield enjoyed learning and socialising with other members of the local community in our Community Cooking Together classes in Edmonton and now participate in our specific UCAN inclusive classes.
The more able members have joined our Back to Basic’s AQA accredited course, as funded by the National Lottery, to gain vital cookery skills for healthier independent living.

Community Link Enfield
Members of Community Link have benefitted from attending our Community Cooking Together classes, working alongside other members of the community, as well as other projects we’ve run such as our sustainability workshops.
The more able members are currently on our Back-to-basics cooking course, in order to learn basic cooking skills, to give them more independence from their carers.
