Twisted Bread n Butter Pudding
Ingredients
2 cinnamon rolls, cut into thirds
2 eggs
300ml milk
2 tbsp sugar

Serves 4
Method
- Evenly place the pastries into the baking dish.
- Heat the milk in a pan until very hot but not boiling.
- Crack the eggs in a bowl with 1 tbsp of sugar and whisk until pale. Then gradually whisk in the warm milk.
- Pour the custard over the pastries, sprinkle with remaining sugar then leave to stand for 10 minutes whilst the oven heats to 180c. Bake for approx. 30 mins.
