  • Tomatoes

Method
1.
To make the croutons, break up the bread and drizzle with a little olive oil and grind over some salt and pepper. Then either pan fry or bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until crispy.

Use whatever salad ingredients you have to hand. We’ve made some suggestions in our ingredient list. Just chop up and throw together in a salad bowl. Drizzle over a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, give a good mix then top with the croutons.
Pro tip:

Flavour your croutons by adding some garlic or dried herbs
